Mr. Coconut
With Mr. Coconut, Cosmo Dance delivers a four-track EP blending warm organic grooves, cinematic atmospheres and hypnotic dub textures into a refined late-night journey.
Built around multilayered percussion, textured guitars, spacious piano arrangements and controlled low-end movement, the record explores different shades of the same character: elegant, ironic and slightly mysterious.
The title track unfolds through gradual progression and balearic warmth, while Goodbye captures Mr. Coconut’s theatrical exit from the club through Italian ’70s library-inspired piano lines and the playful “cough solo” cameo by Dandolo.
On the B-side, DUB NUTS dives into deeper dub-house territory with delay-driven tension and hypnotic rhythmic architecture, before the Coccappella Version strips the concept down to percussion and voice only.
Designed for sophisticated dance floors, slow transitions and cinematic late-night moments.
